fab footwear…

I’m always on the lookout for it 🙂

I haven’t worn stilettos since I graduated from high school.  The only white shoes my Mom could find (in January) to go with my white cap and gown were…you guessed…very, very high heels.

It was an interesting experience wobbling up the steps to the stage, managing to cross the stage and then wobbling down the steps, all without falling flat on my face. 🙂

BTW this is central Florida footwear for the end of November!

  1. The good thing about wearing high heels to a graduation is that concentrating so hard on not falling stops you being nervous of the actual event 🙂 Gosh Theanne, I’ve just had the most enjoyable time perusing waaaay back on missed posts. You really are a remarkable artist. I know you do your art for the pleasure or it, but if you had a website and sold prints of your work you would make a fortune, I saw at least three that I would snap up 🙂 I know what you mean about the latest craze being ‘artistic drippage’ I see it all the time here, I quite like it on huge street art murals, not so sure about on canvas. Hope all is well on your side of the world, heating up fast in Perth.. 35C today!

  2. Hello Grace…still warm and humid here in Florida…if I was super wealthy I’d have a summer home in Canada or Maine 🙂 Whatever you’ve seen that you like please feel free to download and print it (this is your written permission 🙂 ). I have an artist friend here in Florida who says the same as you about my art. Selling prints appears to be the way to go. I’ll think about it between now and the new year and perhaps… 🙂 I rather like the “drips” done in watercolor…or some type of watery medium…I’d love to read an art critic or some such analysis of why artists are “dripping” 🙂 Thank you so much for stopping by 🙂
